Food Report

Breakfast- 1 Raspberry Yogurt

Lunch- 1 Bowl of Oatmeal with Dried Cranberries; 1 Bowl of Watermelon

Dinner- Spaghetti with Cottage Cheese Marinara Sauce served on a Bed of Spinach

Dessert- 1 Chocolate Pudding Cup

Beverages- Iced Tea; 2 Bottles of Water

Exercise- H2O Kickboxing; 45 Minutes
