Food Report

Breakfast- 1 Strawberry Yogurt

Lunch- 1 Bowl of Oatmeal with Raisins, 2 Slices of Wheat Toast with Butter

Dinner- 1 Bowl of Spaghetti with Cottage Cheese Marinara Sauce

Beverages- Iced Tea, 3 Bottles of Water

Exercise- Zumba to Core, 60 Minutes

One of the girls in class said that I looked like I had been losing weight- made my night!
