Food Report

Breakfast- 1 Apricot Mango Yogurt

Lunch- 2 Scrambled Eggs, made with 1 Tbsp of Evaporated Milk and a Dash of Krazy Salt, 1 Bowl of Oatmeal with Raisins

Dinner- 1 Bowl of Fruit, 3 Cheese Quesadillas with Peach Pineapple Salsa

Beverages- Iced Tea, 3 Bottles of Water

Exercise- Zumba with Core, 60 Minutes
