Food Report
Breakfast- 1 Peach Yogurt
Lunch- 1 Bowl of Fruit Salad, 1 Bowl of Oatmeal
Dinner- Spaghetti with Cottage Cheese Marinara Sauce
Dessert- 1 Chocolate Pudding Cup
Beverages- Iced Tea, 3 Bottles of Water
Exercise- H2O Kickboxing, 45 Minutes
