Food Report

Breakfast- 1 Apricot Mango Yogurt

Lunch- 1 Bowl of Fruit, 1 Bowl of Oatmeal with Raisins

Dinner- 1 2 Egg Omelet made with Evaporated Milk, Spinach, Cheese, and Peach Pineapple Salsa

Dessert- 1 Chocolate Pudding Cup

Beverages- Iced Tea, 4 Bottles of Water

Exercise- Treadmill- 3.36 Miles, 50 Minutes
