Today's Food Report

Breakfast- 1 Strawberry Yogurt, 1 Plate of Melon

Lunch- 1 Bowl of Oatmeal with Raisins, Grapes (a lot)

Dinner- 1 Chicken Sandwich with Swiss Cheese, Mayo, Mustard, Spinach, and Tomato

Snack- 1 Chocolate Pudding Cup

Beverages- Iced Tea, 3 Bottles of Water

Exercise- Zumba with Strength Intervals, 60 Minutes
