Food Report- Yesterday
Breakfast- 1 Peach Yogurt
Lunch- 1 Bowl of Oatmeal with Dried Cranberries
Dinner- 1 Chicken Sandwich with Swiss Cheese, Mayo, Mustard, Spinach, and Tomato
Beverages- Iced Tea, 3 Bottles of Water
Exercise- Zumba with Strength Intervals; 60 Minutes
