Food Report

Breakfast- 1 Harvest Peach Yogurt

Lunch- 1 Bowl of Oatmeal with Dried Cranberries

Dinner- 1 Bowl of Fruit, 1 Chicken Sandwich with Swiss Cheese, Mayo, Mustard, Spinach, and Tomato

Dessert- 1 Cup of Chocolate Pudding

Beverages- Iced Tea, 2 Bottles of Water

Exercise- H2O Kickboxing; 45 Minutes
