Food Report

Breakfast- 1 Apricot Mango Yogurt

Lunch- 1 Bowl of Fruit, 1 Bowl of Oatmeal with Raisins

Dinner- 1 Bowl of Fruit, 1 Chicken Sandwich with Swiss Cheese, Mayo, Mustard, Spinach, and Tomato

Beverages- Iced Tea, 3 Bottles of Water

Exercise- H2O Kickboxing, 45 Minutes
