Food Report

1st Meal (woke up too late to call it breakfast)- 1 Chicken Sandwich with Swiss Cheese, Mayo, Mustard, Spinach, and Tomato

2nd Meal- 2 Bowls of Spaghetti with Cottage Cheese Marinara Sauce

Beverages- Iced Tea, 1 Bottle of Water

Exercise- Treadmill- 4.25 Miles, 64 Minutes
