Breakfast- 1 Strawberry Yogurt
Lunch- 1 Bowl of Fruit, 1 Bowl of Oatmeal w/ Raisins
Dinner- 1 Bowl of Spaghetti with Cottage Cheese Marinara Sauce
Beverages- Iced Tea, 3 Bottles of Water
Exercise- H2O Kickboxing, 45 Minutes
Let it be known that there was a party at work and I did not eat ANY of the snacks. Not a brownie, cookie, or lemon square (and they looked sooo delicious!)
