Food Report

Breakfast- 1 Blackberry Yogurt

Lunch- 1 Bowl of Oatmeal with Dried Cranberries

Dinner- 1 Bowl of Fruit, 1 Chicken Sandwich with Mayo, Mustard, Spinach, and Tomato

Dessert- 1 Chocolate Pudding Cup

Beverages- Iced Tea, 2 Bottles of Water

Exercise- H2O Kickboxing; 45 Minutes
