Food Report

Breakfast- Grapes

Lunch- 1 Bowl of Oatmeal with Dried Cranberries

Dinner- 1 Chicken Sandwich with Swiss Cheese, Mayo, Mustard, Spinach, and Tomato

Snacks throughout the Day- Grapes (I ate a lot of grapes yesterday)

Beverages- Iced Tea, 3 Bottles of Water

Exercise- Zumba to Core; 60 Minutes
