Food Report

First Meal- 1 Two Egg Omelet made with Evaporated Milk, Spinach, Cheese, and Pineapple Peach Salsa

Second Meal- 1 Bowl of Spaghetti with Cottage Cheese Marinara Sauce

Dessert- 1 Chocolate Pudding Cup

Beverages- Iced Tea, 1 Bottle of Water

Exercise- Treadmill- 4 Miles, 60 Minutes
