Food Report

Breakfast- 1 Apricot Mango Yogurt

Lunch- 1 Bowl of Oatmeal with Dried Cranberries

Dinner- 1 Chicken Sandwich with Swiss Cheese, Mayo, Mustard, and Spinach

Dessert- Grapes

Beverages- Iced Tea, 2 Bottles of Water

Exercise- Zumba to Core; 60 Minutes
