Food Report

Breakfast- 1 Peach Yogurt

Lunch- 1 Bowl of Oatmeal with Dried Cranberries

Snack- 1 Banana

Dinner- 1 Chicken Sandwich with Swiss Cheese, Mayo, Mustard, Spinach, and Tomato

Dessert- 1 Chocolate Pudding Cup

Beverages- Iced Tea, 3 Bottles of Water

Exercise- Zumba with Strength, 60 Minutes
