Food Report- Friday and Saturday

Friday

Breakfast= 1 Strawberry Yogurt

Lunch- 1 Bowl of Oatmeal with Dried Cranberries

Snack- Grapes

Dinner= 1 Lean Cuisine Chicken and Garlic Pizza

Dessert- 1 Chocolate Pudding Cup

Beverages- Iced Tea

Exercise- None

Saturday

1st Meal- 1 Chicken Sandwich with Swiss Cheese, Mayo, Mustard, and Spinach

2nd Meal- 1 Amy's Tortilla Casserole with Black Beans

Snack- Popcorn with Dried Cranberries

Dessert= 1 Chocolate Pudding Cup

Beverages= Iced Tea
