Food Report

Breakfast- 1 Banana

Morning Snack- Apple Slices

Lunch- 1 Bowl of Oatmeal with Dried Cranberries

Afternoon Snack- Apple Slices

Later Afternoon Snack- 1 Raspberry Yogurt

Dinner- 1 Chicken Sandwich with Swiss Cheese, Mayo, Mustard, Spinach, and Tomato; Grapes

Dessert- 1 Chocolate Pudding Cup

Beverages- Iced Tea; 3 Bottles of Water

Exercise- Zumba to Core, 60 Minutes

Retirement party for Delores- I did NOT have any cake, ice cream, or any of the other snacks on hand!
