Food Report

Breakfast (on a weekend, can you believe it!)- 2 Pieces of Toast with Butter; 1 Bowl of Cantaloupe

Lunch- 1 Chicken Sandwich with Swiss Cheese, Mayo, Mustard, Spinach, and Tomato

Snack- Grapes

Dinner- Smart Ones Chicken Bruschetta Flatbread Sandwich

Snack- Grapes

Beverages- Iced Tea, 1 Bottle of Water

Exercise- 4 Miles on the Treadmill, 60 Minutes
