Food Report

Breakfast- 1 Banana

Morning Snack- Sliced Nectarines, 2 handfuls of Mixed Nuts

Lunch- 1 Bowl of Oatmeal with Dried Cranberries

Dinner- Spaghetti with Cottage Cheese Marinara Sauce served on a bed of Spinach

Dessert- Strawberries with 1 Chocolate Pudding Cup

Beverages- Iced Tea

Exercise- H2O Kickboxing, 45 Minutes
