Food Report

Breakfast- 1 Strawberry Yogurt

Morning Snack- Grapes

Lunch- 1 Bowl of Oatmeal with Dried Cranberries

Afternoon Snack- Grapes

Dinner- Spaghetti with Cottage Cheese Marinara Sauce served on a bed of Spinach

Beverages- Ice Tea

Exercise- None (unless bowling counts?

Looks like a start to a lazy weekend...
