Lunch- 1 Bowl of Oatmeal with Dried Raisins

Dinner- Healthy Choice Steamers Kung Pow Chicken

Beverages- Iced Tea; 3 Bottles of Water

Exercise- 3.75 Miles on the Treadmill; 61 Minutes
