Breakfast- 1 Banana

Snack- Apple Slices

Lunch- Perkins Cheeseburger, 1 Fruit Cup

Dinner- 1 Lean Cuisine Spinach, Artichoke Sandwich

Dessert- 1 Chocolate Pudding Cup

Beverages- Iced Tea, 1 Bottle of Water

Exercise- None (Period Issues)
