Food Report

1st Meal- 2 Pieces of Toast with Butter, 1 Bowl of Cantaloupe

2nd Meal- 1 Bowl of Cantaloupe, Grapes, 1 Orange Chicken Healthy Choice Steamer

Snack- Grapes, Cheese and Crackers

Beverages- Iced Tea, 1 Bottle of Water

Exercise- Y Track with Brenda; 60 Minutes
