Food Report

Breakfast- 1 Blackberry Yogurt

Morning Snack- Grapes

Lunch- 1 Bowl of Oatmeal with Dried Cranberries

Afternoon Snack- Grapes

Dinner- 1 Two Egg Omelet made with Evaporated Milk, Spinach, Cheese, and Peach Pineapple Salsa; Two Slices of Toast with Butter

Beverages- Iced Tea, 1 Bottle of Water

Exercise- None (lazy, lazy, lazy!)
