Because I managed to gain 15 pounds since my vacation in February, next week (specifically Monday, September 19) the crackdown begins- mainly because I don't want to deal with buying bigger pants, or dig the old ones out of my closet.
I will again be posting my eating/exercise habits on this blog.
If anyone was actually reading this, I would apologize for the return of the food diary. This method worked really well for me in the past, so I'm going back to it.
