1st Meal- 1 Two Egg Omelet with Evaporated Milk, Spinach, Cheese, and Peach Pineapple Salsa; 1 Bowl of Fruit
2nd Meal- 1 Chicken Sandwich with Cheese, Mayo, Mustard, Spinach, and Tomato
Dessert- Grapes
Beverages- Iced Tea, 1 Can of Diet Coke, 1 Bottle of Water
Exercise- Y Track- 60 Minutes with a friend (no idea how many laps)
Let it be known that there was chocolate cake and cherry chocolate ice cream at True Blood night this week. I didn't eat any of it. Damn it.
